Piquup is built for small service businesses: the kind where the phone, the calendar, and a few teammates are the operation. Contractors, clinics, studios, law offices, home services. If your day is calls, bookings, and questions that need the right person, it fits. If your business runs on a warehouse or a storefront register, it is not built for that.

Yes. Piquup reads your Google Calendar live, holds the slot while the caller is still on the line, books the length the job actually takes, then texts the customer a confirmation. No double-booking, no copying from a message pad.

It does not guess. Piquup texts the question to the teammate who would know, and one line back is all it needs. It turns that reply into a polished answer sent to the customer from the business, and logs the whole exchange on the customer's record. Nothing sends in your name until a person has answered.

Two ways, one rule: the person who can do it gets it. A job that has to happen now, like a breakdown or a burst pipe, becomes a ticket from your website form, a call, or a text. Piquup tells you, then offers it to the nearest technician who can take it, your own crew first and then the network you approve, by text and then by call. The first yes wins, the customer gets an estimated arrival and a map pin, and if nobody takes it, Piquup calls you. A question inside the business goes to the seat that would know, gets answered by text, and returns to the customer as a finished answer from your business. You keep your number; Piquup answers on it, or gives you a new one if you would rather start clean. Setup is a conversation and a plain dashboard: your hours, your services, your booking rules, what counts as urgent. Teammates join from an invite link. There is nothing to install and nothing to code.
